Seeking to explain thermodynamics based on moving and interacting atoms

Time Management: A 3-part series.

Inspired by the interest of others, I created this 3-part series on time management based on my own life experiences. Please share with your family, friends, and colleagues and generate your own conversations around how to put these ideas into action. Then let me know how it worked out for you and inspire me further in so doing. Thanks!

In Part I, I break down Stephen Covey’s 4 Quadrants of time management and explain the power of living in Quadrant II – Important/Not Urgent.

In Part II, I show how to create a fulfilled and intentional life around a Quadrant II philosophy.

In Part III, I conclude with a list of efficiency tips that I’ve developed over the course of my life that will strongly support living the QII life you create in Part II.
